1. Start with clean skin or apply your favorite serum to help the roller glide and boost absorption.
2. Use upward and outward strokes on the face, and downward strokes on the neck to support lymphatic drainage.
3. Roll each area for 30–60 seconds, applying gentle pressure. No need to press hard—the tool does the work for you.
4. Use daily for visible lifting, definition, and de-puffing. For extra cooling power, store it in the fridge.

• Cheeks
  Roll upward from the center of your face (beside the nose) toward your temples.
• Jawline & Chin
  Glide from the center of the chin outward and upward along the jawline to the ear.
• Under-Eyes & Brow Area
  Very gently roll from under the inner corner of the eye outward to reduce puffiness.
  For brows, follow along the brow bone, outward toward the temples.
• Forehead
  Start just above the eyebrows and roll upward toward the hairline.
• Neck
  Roll in downward strokes starting from just under the jawline toward the collarbone to support drainage.
• Décolleté (Chest)
  Use gentle, horizontal back-and-forth strokes across the upper chest.
